Our company, Rhino Safaris Ltd, has acquired over the past 40 years a strong experience in organizing trips and individual incentives in Eastern Africa (Kenya and Tanzania) and Southern Africa (South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Zambia.) Nairobi, Kenya's capital, also called green city in the sun for it's warm climate and large green areas, began as a deposit for railway materials on the Mombasa / Kampala railway line and has become today the 4th largest African city and one of the most influential of the whole continent. We offer our clients a unique service, having organizational offices on site, but a primary office based in Milan that can guarantee direct contact with the customer and assistance in the creation and organization of the trip. Our offices on site manage travel arrangements and reservations, always with the coordination of the Italian office, which ensures in this way the maintenance of standards of quality and knowledge of the needs of the Italian and European customers.

The whole holiday was booked through Freedom Africa, and their partner company Rhino Safaris. This was not a regular type package deal, but customised to my requirements. I can say that the whole experience was an absolute delight. The companies involved listened to my requirements, and left no stone unturned in their efforts to provide exactly as requested. There was not one hitch during the trip. Their reps and staff were always polite, friendly and very obliging. Samburu Sopa Lodge, my personal favourite. It is built to replicate the local building styles, and is a good blend into the environment. The rooms, food and cleanliness could not be faulted. Nor could the friendliness of all the staff. I rate this hotel and the experience as 5 stars. Keekarock Sopa Lodge, in the Masaia Mara was also good. Being much longer established, the vegetation was fully grown and tended to make the rooms a little dark. I was disappointed that the view from the lodge was not better, but we spent little time there so no real problem. I felt this lodge was good but the lack of a view means I rate this hotel at 4 1/2 srars Amboseli Sopa Lodge. An older Lodge which I think the company took over as existing. Good standards all round, a limited view. The rough road of about 26Kms from the Game reserve was the only slight downside, but this is Kenya.I rate this lodge at 5 stars. Kilanguni CSerena Lodge, Tsavo CWest. CWhat an experience this presented. Every aspect was to the highest standard, the game that visited their water-hole was amazing. I rate this hotel at 5 stars. All were very good drivers On all our Game Drives, the `driver-guides` were expert at spotting game. CAll were good drivers and very communicative. If you want value for money, good service, and an excellent experience, then I cannot recommend these two companies highly enough.
